Martin, have you been looking at porn again? It's easy. Go to tools, then options, and select recent history. It wil ask you if want to delete these files from the library. Click yes. Then go back to options and select the little box that says something like" do you want to save recently downloaded files to the library? "Click no.
Have fun.... but remember, you could go blind doing that stuff...........

The easiest way to clear everything of that nature is to get ccleaner. You can get it at www.download.com. It is spyware free and will clean up all of those temp files and file access lists as well as your browser cache and history, all in one swoop. It really is a nice program, and completely free.
