assistance of treatment fee?

I am an Ethiopian who lives in
the capital city, Addis Ababa.
I am a patient of osteonecrosis
(dead of femoral head of left hip).
The disease is severe. Due to technology
there is no treatment of osteonecrosis
in Ethiopia. I have many evidence on my hand and
also can give any more for those who wish to know.
I can not afford the treatment fee outside Ethiopia.
Is there any one who can assist me to get treatment?

Please, please and please help me to get treatment.
