I've heard of tattoo shops using peroxide and tattooing over the ink. I'm not sure if it works but I know it' has to be done more than once for any results.
Your best bet is laser removal. It starts at about 100 bucks, and takes a few sessions as well.

The only way to erase it is to have it laser-ed off or surgically removed. The tattoo shops can lighten the tattoo so that it can be tattooed over my using some kinda of liquid to boil the ink out of your skin. My friend is having this done he's going to get a sleeve on his arm.

Like littleminnie said, Laser treatment is the best way so far, to go into details, it hurts twice bad, and leaves scar.

Laser treatment is the only way I know of to remove tatoos. It may take more than one treatment for the size you are talking about and it doesnt just tickle.

I believe that you have to get it lasered off; Expensive, not that comfortable and it'll still leave a scar unfortunatley.
