I buy the cheapest seats that do accrue mileage (so these are not the absolute cheapest, but still cheap, tickets). I have never been charged a fee to change my return. For people who are used to change fees on US airlines, the Singapore Airlines fare rules are surprisingly simple. I think they either don't charge you a fee to change, or don't let you change at all.

You really will need to contact the airline. Different fares have different change fees, even on the same airline. International flights can have very high fees, even up to $300 or $400. But then again some have very low or no fees. Give Singapore air a call and they will be able to tell you. Sorry I cant be more specific. Good luck!

Sorry. No one here can answer that question because it will depend on the conditions of your ticket that only the place where you purchased the ticket or Singapore Airlines themselves can answer. So best you call either.

Different airlines have different conditions. So do different fares from different destinations.
