i am going to have surgery on my lower abdomen, i will be surgically cut similar to a cesarean. What can i use to help the cut heal faster with minimal scaring? Also i am african american so i am also worried about keloid skin what can i use to try and prevent that as mush as possible?

Sadly, there isn't too much you can do to avoid a surgical scar. I have a "bikini cut" C-section scar on which I've applied a variety of creams, none really worked. I guess to minimize the scar, apply "Scar Zone" four times a day in the healing process. It does diminish the appearance of a scar. Good luck with your surgery.

Get some vitamin E capsules and break them open(prick with a pin) and
rub it into the the affected area.Good luck!
