Try going to sparkpeople.com you can set up and meal plan and exersire plan. Helps you set goals and a ton of other things. Just remeber a gas needs gas to go our body needs food. You need to eat three meals a day a two snacks. And than get up and move. Best of luck!

Instead of eating bread, eat half as much 100% whole wheat bread and consume a nice glass of skim milk when you want a drink, one multivitamin every day and peanut butter sandwiches
