cardio cardio cardio, light weight workout, focus on hi repetition low impact strength training which will add long lean muscle...find a weight u can lift 20 times with ur arms and use that one, do 3 sets one of 20, then 16-18, then as many as you can do on the 3rd set, if u use any higher weights ur arms will start to bulk up, i'm assuming this is not what u want...

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

U have to have a look at ur parents for similarities. If so, no correction is possible.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Cardiovascular exercise will help to burn fat not just on your arms but your entire body. You will look slimmer all over. There is no way to target only your arms for fat loss, because spot reduction is impossible without cosmetic surgery. Some good cardio options are walking, running, jogging, bicycling (stationary or outdoors), elliptical trainer, or the treadmill. To tighten your arms and also make them smaller in size, do some strength training exercises to tone the muscles. If you only strength train to gain muscle and don't do cardio, your arms will actually look bigger because of the mass you're putting on them, so it's important to do cardio to lose fat while you do weights/strength train to gain muscle. These websites offer excellent virtual exercise demos for toning up your arms and shoulders, as well as your legs, stomach, and so on if you're interested:

Also, take a look at your diet. Your goal should be a nutritious and balanced diet that doesn't completely eliminate one thing in particular (like carbs, fat, etc). Whole grains, nonfat/lowfat dairy products, lean chicken & meats, a variety of fruits & vegetables, and plenty of water should be incorporated into your diet. Taking a vitamin supplement might also be a good idea. Remember, improving your body on the outside requires you to look at what you're putting into it and to change your eating habits accordingly. Cardio is good for your whole body. Just walking a mile or two will improve your metabolism and give you more energy. Lifting small weights (5-8 lbs) in intervels of 12 will also improve the muscles in your arms. You can google good arm workouts. good luck!
