I am using MS outlook 2003 configured to my New Email id when i am trying to send a email i am error "we do not relay "
if the same configured by the out look express 6 its working perfectly

enable your security credentials in your account options... it says something about needing authentication for sending email...
that should fix you up... sorry i don't have OL2k3 on this computer so i can't give you directions specifically..
Tools -> Account Settings -> View/Edit Email Accounts -> Options? -> 3rd or 4th tab i believe....
DON"T CHANGE YOUR PORTS: all email uses port 25 (and 110 for ssl)

first you reinstall ms 2003 and then configure the ms outlook then i think it will work

what is the email provider... yahoo, msn, etc...
try using port 3535 in outgoing mail
