I LOVE ice cream. But if I'm trying to be good, I'll reach for a piece of Dark Chocolate and let it slowly melt in my mouth. If I'm trying to be REALLY good, I'll go for fruit.

Just in case you are looking for a different kind of answer altogether, if I am craving something sweet but am trying to avoid such temptations in an attempt to lose weight--I drink a big glass of ice water. My second best remedy is to eat a banana. It's plenty sweet and kills my craving for other things (almost nothing else that is sweet tastes good after eating a banana). It has fewer calories and more nourishment than what I'm craving.

I start grabbing some fruits. Some fruits have natural sugar in them already like oranges, raisins, apples, banannas, etc.
