ha ha.....very unhealthy, but you can take those pills that take most of the water out of your body, but don't know if that will be enough.

I know you will be blasted with people opinions, but I'm just simply answering the question. Don't know the name of the pill, but they sell it at gyms.

Get some photoshop software and alter pictures of yourself!

The only way you can take off 50 lbs in a week is if you put on 50 pounds in a week! Short of cutting something off, it won't happen. Lypo wouldn't take off that much! Even if anything did work, you couldn't keep it off. You need to address the underlying issues, learn about food and exercise, and develop a system.

Try www.weightwatchers.com for more info. You're looking at six months to a year of hard work, but this time next year you can be a completely different person.

Anyway you go, any severe weight loss is not safe. It should be done slowly and safely with a doctors guidance. Count your calories is the definitive way to lose weight. Simple math: Calories taken in should be less than calories burned in order to lose weight. The total amount YOU should be taking in is an individual thing. The government recommends an 1800 to 2000 calorie diet, but you should NEVER eat less than 1200 calories per day. If you "crash diet" or starve yourself, you could not only become dehydrated but you could cause other health problems as well. If you starve yourself, your body then believes it is, in fact starving and will hold on to every ounce of fat stores you have in order to preserve itself. Your body needs fuel, water and oxygen to survive.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
