First we try to find out if you are under weight. Your Body Mass Index (Weight/Length in m square) is 12.5. For a girl of your age, you are underweight if your BMI is below 17.75. So, that's clear. But I'm also underweight, but healthy. No problem there!
If you are healthy, eat three times a day, don't feel sleepy etc etc, I wouldn't bother. Probably your mother and father aren't heavyweight champions either. Maybe you'll still grow a bit... You'll gain weight when you get pregnant (but at your age, not yet a good idea!) etc etc.
One more thing: muscles weigh more than fat. So 'less exercise' isn't a really good idea. You could do some bodybuilding???
Don't forget it's your health you're dealing with. If you really want to do something, check it out with a doctor.
Good luck!

increasing ur weight shouldnt be too hard, like ppl have said b4 just dont exercise or eat alot of fatty foods. but im sure u dont want to risk ur health or cause any potential problems or become lazy. at health food stores u can get supplements which help u increase ur weight and they can also help plan a proper diet to go wit the supplement that way u arent eating things that are bad for u and u wont be unhealthy and unfit. you should try talkin to a doctor or a dietian. they can help u also. good luck.

To anybody that needs to know:

I use sparkpeople.com for dieting and whatnot. It tells me you need to consume the following:

Carbs: 184-323
Protein: 41-174

Well they say to lose weight, your supposed to eat less fatty foods and excercise more so logically to increase your weight you would have to eat more fatty foods and excercise less. If you really want to lower your health standards you can just not excercise at all and eat tons of fatty foods, but that would probably be just a bit over the top.

just eat. I am not sure of how much 32 kilos is, but if you want to gain weight, food is usually the best way to go.

Why can't you people give the weight in pounds? I know how to figure it out.
Eat is your answer. Foods with a lot of calories.
