you don't seem to be fats, and persons on listed below are beautiful blunt. I know the way you believe too, as although your whole peers are extra concerned approximately your ego than well being. But no you're no longer fats and that i do not feel you're fitting fats, plus, simply opt for a stroll like 4 occasions every week when you do believe a little obese at some point.

Do you just want to gain weight, or do you actually want to be fat?
There is a fetish known as feederism that involves a feeder (usually a man) who is turned on by the act of feeding a woman to make her fat to the point of immobility. It's not a common or well understood kink but it exists so I'm wondering if you are a feedee? I've seen posts (not here of course) from feeders advising each other on how to quickly fatten up their feedees, including tips like having them drink a cup of straight corn oil once a day and baking them lots of cakes and pies to gorge on. Ugh my stomach is churning just to think about it.
If you want to get fat, I mean just pure fat, then eat fried foods and plenty of them. Gorge on the McDonald's $1 menu. Eat entire boxes of the 3 for a $1 Mac N Cheese. Have no fear, you'll be a fat a** in no time.
If you just want to put on some extra weight, try those protien shakes the body builders drink. GNC has all sorts of 'em.

do nothing just eat and sleep,eat the fat you'd normally cut off your steak ,re fried beans will put it on you and help you sleep more by knocking you out from lack of breathable air which will also slow calorie burn
