Hi i have a sony tv, video, dvd and now a freeview box. Im just wondering how I go about taping freeview. I would like to tape Five US as they have some great shows on but at silly times of night!
Any hope would be great appricated!

run your scart lead FROM freeview box to video scart socket. then switch freeview ON switch video ON and press search on video it will find freeview chanel ,when it does save on video and hey presto you can record till your hearts content Happy viewing

u go on channel 7 then make ur video recorder record channel 7.
