I was just released from jail a few weeks ago. It is not as bad as movies and tv portray it to be. The worst part about jail, besides the loss of freedom, is the fact that jail is incredibly boring. Let him know that you will be there when he is released. (If you do in fact intend to be there).

first off, why are you dating a criminal? that's actually beside the point, but something you might ask yourself. first off, he should never ever ever ever talk about what he did to go to jail. he should tell people he's innocent. this has one primary function, some types of criminals (child molesters because they're sick and twisted, big-time thieves because they supposedly have money, etc) get picked on a lot more than others. a secondary function is that there are often police informers in jails and admitting that he committed a crime would really hamper any efforts to get out early

You can say 'goodbye'. Why are u with a person like that? Women always pick a jackass, then later will complain that guys are jackasses. Move on, AND up. Or stay and wait til ur pregnant by him and then wonder what happened to ur life in a few years...
