You need some healthier protein, to eat things that aren't fried, and some fruits and vegetables. You're clogging your arteries even if you still look thin.
Your genetics come from your mom and your dad. You really need to feed your body better. Watch "Supersize Me" to get the real scoop on what McDonald's food does to you.

Okay I think that the fact that shes very developed makes her think on the inside sometimes that she is fat and maybe those at school that are not as full as she is at tell her that too bringing her down. When I turned 14 I was also turing into a B and because Im curvier then my classmates I was made fun of but good friends made me feel better about myself and I think that if your just there for your sister then everything will be alright. Maybe talk to her about think kinda stuff ya know, I dont have an older sister I kinda wish that when I was being made fun of I did. Now Im a size 7 and Im 5'6 theres nothing wrong with that and though I may be curvy Im 16 and who cares. Dont think about what others say.

it really dosnt matter if your skinny. the thing that matters is that your not nourishing your body, if all you eat it junk. mc donalds is very unhealthy, and it will catch up to you someday.not only will it shorten your lifespan, but you can also get diabetes [even if your not fat] . its not a very safe thing to do,and you should eat a well balanced diet with whole grain, and enough fruits and veggies and protien.
and if you really arent gaining any weight, you may want to take a trip to the doctors, because there could be a medical issue behind this. maybe you have a tapeworm. ^_^

You obviously have a fast metabolism right now. That will change one day. I think you should start eating healthier. It will prolong your life, and help keep you slim. Besides at 5'4, 109 lbs, you really could do to gain about 10 lbs.

It is possible that you could get big. If not for your mom, I would say that it is guaranteed. However, it sounds like you may have genetics in your favor. Now, just because you are not big, does not mean that you are healthy. A McDonald's diet is not the best thing for your body.

I sure envy you! You must have high metabolism. You're lucky! If you want to gain some weight, try eating healthy foods high in protein and carbs. I suggest lean beef, pancakes (light syrup), eggs, chicken, etc. Good luck!

First of all don't be lazy and cook some of your own food, McDonalds will catch up to you and Coke has zero nutrional value. Your teeth will probably rot out while your belly continues to grow
