This is probably a swollen lymph node. He may br fighting off some kind of infection, tell him to drink lots of water and rest. His immune system is battleing something right now. If it does not clear up in a week and if it becomes very painful or just gets generally worse he should see a doctor for some antibiotics.

My first thought replaced right into a Lipoma, that's a fatty benign tumor regularly present in dogs (and human beings). notwithstanding, that it is painful to bypass is counter suggestive of a Lipoma in view that they are infrequently painful. You did no longer point out the place on the neck the tumor is felt. If it located on the front or sides it must be a swollen lymph node, that could advise there is an infection or worse, maximum cancers. The bloody stool is amazingly worrisome, fantastically interior the presence of the lump. Please take your dogs to the vet asap. a doctor desires to evaluate your dogs. good success.

As everyone else said. There most likey swollen Lymph nodes. It usually means your body is "fighting" a virus. It may go away, and it may not. I'd see about gettin some antibiotics for it though.

if they only appeared after the sting, they might only be some inflammed lymphnodes..
but the fact that they are hard and immobile, makes the trip to the doctor worthwhile..
cervical lymphadenopathy should be taken seriously cuz they could be early indicator for something serious that might be treatable in early stages..

good luck!
