I have been lifting weights for 7 years. Lifting weight can help your muscle get stronger and relive stress. It also give you more energy because you will feel fresh after working out.

No. It actually takes energy to lift the weights so technically it reduces your energy. However, increased consumption (ie eating more) to make up the calories you used will give you more energy. What the weights will do is increased muscle mass therefore making you stronger.

In a way, It will use energy of course but it will start your meabolism giving you more energy later.

yes been doing it for 6 months everytime i take a few month break dont feel the same im no bodybuilder or into big time..
