Make a cheesecake (not a baked one like in america).
There are some really good recipes.

It uses crushed bought biscuits with melted butter and pressed into a springform tin (this is the base). Use plain sweet biscuits

For the cheesecake use philadelphia cream cheese (cream cheese) and blend it in a food processor with (for a simple vanilla cheesecake) splash of lemon juice and castor sugar. Do the gelatine to instructions and mix it into the mixture. Beat up over a cup of cream until peaks form (whipped cream) and fold through. Pour over the biscuit base (which has been chilling in the fridge) and spread evenly. Leave in the fride for a few hours or until set.

Enjoy. You can get exact measurements from cookbooks or online.

You can also incorporate mixed berries or chocolate pieces into the mix for a different type of cheesecake or even melt the chocolate and stir it through.

This is just a suggestion. Trifles with the sponge base (can be bought) tinned peaches, layer of jello set (we call it jelly in australia) creamy homemade custard (made in the microwave or over the stove using packet custard and adding milk or cream) and fiishing with a layer of whipped cream and jelly (jello) on top

Tiramisu

Ingredients:
• 1 pound mascarpone cheese
• 1/4 cup superfine or granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon rum (or cold coffee)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 24 ladyfingers, split
• 1/4 cup cold, strong, coffee (decaf or regular)
• Semisweet chocolate square

Method:
Combine cheese, sugar and rum (or coffee) in bowl and beat until smooth. Whip cream to soft peaks and fold into cheese mixture. Pour remaining coffee into pie plate for easy dipping. Lightly moisten 24 ladyfinger halves on one side in coffee and arrange in single layer in a 9- or 10-inch square or round dish to fit. Spread half the cheese mixture over ladyfingers; grate a little of the chocolate square over the cheese mixture; repeat layers of coffee-dipped ladyfingers, cheese mixture and chocolate. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

Notes:
No worry from using raw eggs with this recipe, since it doesn't contain eggs! Also, people who can not have regular coffee can use de-caf instead.

If you enjoy desserts with fresh fruit yoghurts.. here's one for you

*keep ready some chopped fresh or canned fruits
*finely chopped nuts ( maybe roasted, if you like them)
*a few drops of your fav food colour mixed to some sweetened plain yoghurt ( two or three colour mixes will be good for layers)

I love sweets, so I have few ideas, but my favorite is...Cut pieces of pound cake in little squares. Put them in a serving glass, top with raspberry sorbet and a mixture of fresh berries and berries or strawberry glaze. (you can buy all the ingredients pre made at the grocery store). If you want to make it fancy, add a mint leave on the top....and enjoy it!
