The space comes with a small kitchen(No hood or greese trap allowed) and bathroom. The usable open space is 29.5 by 22 feet and the entrance is street level to the left of a new downtown san diego condo complex lobby, www.icon-sandiego.com. There are over 3,000 parking spaces within 2 blocks and the ballpark is almost sold out 84 days a year and is on the other side of the block. What would be a good business to open in this space?

It all depends on how much capital you have to work with.
