Maybe he just is being a nice guy, and offering you company so your not so lonely? You can assume he wants sex.. but what if that wasnt his intentions? Maybe make it clear what you exacly want to do, so there isnt any confusion when you guys meet. That way he knows the boundries. And if he does want sex.. why not just say no? and still enjoy his company. Only if you dont want sex that is :-)

It's depends on context. If it's late at night, he clearly means "do you want comfort sex". If it's early in the day, it's less clear. It could mean "do you want a shoulder to cry on" or "do you want comfort sex." The only exception to this is if they guy asking is a non-socially apt individual, in which case, it usually means "do you want a shoulder to cry on" regardless of the time of day.

Well it depends on what time of the day it is. If it's around twelve in the day he could just want to visit and watch movies ,but if it's atound twelve at night then he wants a piece of a**.

It depends on what time of the day it is and where you are when he says it. If it's really late at night, he's asking for sex. If you're in public and it's daylight, he's asking to tag along with you wherever you're going (like maybe a date).

It could be sex or it could be friendly relations, you'll have to figure it out by taking into consideration everything you already know about this person. There is no easy answer for this.

He is asking if he can come over and hang out.In the back of his mind he is hoping to get some. But He is asking if he can come over. Giving it up would be all your decision after that.

Either booty call or he is very shy and thats all he can say trying to ask if you want to spend time with each other.
