now i think, i have overused those words... how can i perfectly say the same thought to him without those words? or, what are other words i could use to tell him i love him so? P.S. we're oceans apart.

I think you are saying it so often because you are insecure about some aspect of the relationship so you need to give and receive constant reinforcement ( I am assuming he is saying it back). Maybe spend a little more time building up the foundation of the relationship. Once you accomplish this, saying I love you will carry more weight, you will not have to use it as often, and you will not feel the words are overused.
