There is no way. Tanning is horrible for your skin. I'm sure you know that, cus that's probably why your asking. I think the best thing would be to cut the tanning down some. At least that way, you won't damage your skin as much.

Yes...sunscreen and stop tanning. Tanning booths/beds are worse for your skin than laying out in the sun, honey! You might look good now, but in ten years you're going to look like a prune. Invest in a good self-tanner or have your body sprayed with a self-tanner. Moisturize daily and STAY OUT OF THE BOOTH and THE SUN!!! You are truly setting yourself up for severe skin problems in the future. Godloveya.

You probably won't want to listen but I am a member of a family with a history of skin cancer. It can kill you and not to mention make you look old. I am so white I hate it but I deal with it b/c I know when I am 50 I will look so much better than the girls who are tan now.

I won't lecture, because you won't listen anyway! But you are setting yourself up for wrinkles, skin cancer and looking old before you should. I have seen many women who tanned a lot when they were young, and they really regreted it.

We didn't know it was harmful way back when I was young. I have very fair skin, so never tanned much--only burned.

If you quit tanning, you will be so glad when you are older.

Frequent tanning will make your skin age alot faster.

You MUST hydrate your skin with a lot of moisturizer and do not over do it. Do not tan yourself till the burnt stage.

Other than moisteriser, its only wise to have some spf, direct sun ray on ur skin is bad.

Try to avoid afternoon sun, morning sun is better.
