My bellybutton ring has been pierced 3 times and rejected every time! what if I got the bottom pierced??

It may very well be an allergy to metal.
But some are allergic to gold.
There is an anti-allergic type of metal,
for people who are sensitive. You can
ask where you get pierced. Most can
handle stainless steel.

You're probably being pierced into the "fat" and not deep enough under the skin to form a scar. That is usually why this happens.
