Around 2 minutes is usually recommended.
But time isn't really the most important thing, it's about how effectively you actually clean the areas you brush!!!
Just remember to clean section after section (also remember: clean inside part of teeth first) eg: left upper inside, right upper inside, left lower inside, right, left upper outside etc etc.
Just take as long as you need to complete your routine WITHOUT missing any sections/teeth/tooth surfaces.

It is not a matter of how long you brush your teeth but how well. You can brush for half and hour and still have dirty teeth if you don't brush between the teeth. That's where food particles are lodged.
