Do the exercise videos really help you lose weight and get in shape? I am a mom of two (one is 7 weeks old) and I don't have alot of free time. Hubby is overseas right now. It's too cold to get my children outside so I can walk or jog, I need something I can do at home until my hubby gets home.

It is certainly better than not doing anything! If you think you can stay motivated, the workout will definetely improve your cardiovascular health and help you burn calories. If there is not a better alternative available at the moment, go for it. Just be careful about maintaining a proper form while working out, since there will be no one around to watch on you. You don't want to end up with an injury.

IT ALL DEPEND ON A PERSON. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE VIDEO ..IT'S ABOUT THE PERSON..IF HE IS MOTIVATED AND SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING IN SHAPE...HE DOESN'T NEED THOSE EXPENSIVE WORTHLESS WORK OUT VIDEOS!! IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MIND OVER BODY SECRET!

WHAT I WOULD DO INDOOR IS......CLEAN AND CLEAN...FIND THINGS TO DO.....THIS COULD BE THE BEST INDOOR WORK-OUT FOR ME.
