Hi everyone :) Well, i've never tried this diet i just heard of it on a talk show. Just wanted to know if anyone has tried it or heard of it. I'm thinking of doing it right after my 2 day of a detox diet. Let me know what you think. Here's the diet.

It's for 4 days and you could lose from 5-8 pounds.

Day 1: Bananas
Day 2: Pineapple
Day 3: Papaya
Day 4: Melon

You could eat as much as you want of these fruits, but only as long as it's the fruit of the day and drink lots of water.

Don't eat anything after 5 pm.

Does this sound funny? Should i try it?

I tried it but only did it for 2 days. There are pros and cons though. Pros: you're skin feels really good, weight loss (if your looking to lose) Cons: bad breathe, musky tongue, frequent trips to the bathroom. And depending on the person you'll either feel more energized or tired. I didn't really have a specific fruit for a given day I just ate anything lying around the house. Weigh your options if you think it sounds good then try it. I have no regrets I wasn't looking to lose weight I just thought it was a good idea to clean out my system
