Virgin Mary is a human being, not god. God is the one who can affect the universe at his will. Therefore, there will be no ill effect if you combine two tortilla together or eat it.
As for your priest who said that the devil was in your clothes? He should have read the bible more carefully and see that devil don't possesses clothes, only people and animals.
Get yourself a new priest.
Get some more educations to understand the nature of universe.

The only way the Virgin Mary (as well as most [possibly all] other religious figure) can affect the universe is by all the people that are devout enough to do something (i.e. make it a capital crime punishable by torture and death to renounce their religion) that a major war is started.
Don't laugh. This has happened. The Spanish Inquisition comes to mind.
If I come across a tortilla that bears a resemblance to the Virgin Mary, I'll probably cook it up and eat it. Mmmmm virgin tortillas.

Actually this only works if the Virgin is on two identical pieces of toast and they get made into a sandwich. I'm sure something special occurs in the case of your tortillas, but I don't know what it is. Be careful.

Prayer and belief in miracles can produce a state of rapture, which Mother Theresa was said to have experienced. It is important to have faith. You would not see an image of Mary if you were not meant to, meaning you are special, and entitled to the higher wisdom of God and His mysticism.

Have a taco and a coke and don't sweat it.
The universe is safe.
Better keep an eye on that devil, though!
