Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

High-intensity crunches. With your legs up straight against a wall, place your hands behind your head and contract your stomach muscles to pull your chest up parallel to the ceiling. Also, do a few crunches with your legs to one side bent at a ninety-degree angle to firm up your obliques.

do crunches everyday. target the abs and the obliques which are the muscles along the sides. crunches are better that sit ups. of course it also takes a sensible diet and lots of commitment. for more information check out the following web site:

Any consistant amout of work with those annoying inflated balls. Pushups with your legs/knees on top AND/OR rolling crunches while sitting on top fully engage your entire midsection

Spot reduction is a lie.
Crunches don't do squat for weight loss... cardio does, and eating clean. Just, after you lose your weight, abs will be developed, but they dont help in losing weight
