Is this guy a boyfriend/husband, or someone that you would like to be a boyfriend? I suppose it doesn't matter much either way, but if it is not a person you are in a relationship with, make sure that it will be accepted.
Walk up in front of him and put your arms around his neck. Smile sweetly and kiss his lips softly for a few seconds. Don't get too into it, or it goes from just sweet to more than that.It's very simple, but effective, especially for helping with a bad day. Believe me, I know that it works.

Do it in a form how he spends his money:):)
For intance, if he spends his money real fast, then give him a quick kiss on the cheek.
If he spends his money slow and is very thrifty then you lip lock him hard so that you can get some of that money:)

use eye contact , move in slowly, touch his face, the back of his neck, kiss his cheek , kiss his lips pull away kiss his lips again and then kiss him with long passion

do it nice and slow and just let the kiss be romantic. it will be a much better kiss if you let it go slow.
