Jesus is a Jew, a Rabbi (teacher), Messiah (by his followers), and King of the Jews (by his Roman executors). Again you question is do Jews love Jesus?
As for Hindi or Buddhists there is no relationship except those that converted to Christianity.
God loves all his creations no matter what they believe or what they do.
