My daughter and this boy are in love. But, the boy's legal guardian won't let them see each other. They are only allowed to talk onthe phone for 15 minutes a day even. He now lives about 4 hrs away from us and he is really unhappy. If he gets his GED in a couple months, and has a job waiting for him here, is there any way he could leave and come here? They are so miserable and this is tearing them both apart. I have become really attached to him, too because he lived with us for about a week but then had to go back to his mother and the people she lives with. I know, its a pretty messed up situation. I wish there was something I could do I hate seeing my daughter so depressed everyday.

yes it is called imancipation. he would have to go to the county court house I believe and get the paperwork then go in front of the judge and tell him the reason for wanting it. Imancipation is where in the eyes of the government a minor becomes an adult before he turns eighteen, the reasons for it have to be pretty good. His parents then couldn't tell him where to live what to do or not to do. He would be considered an adult and could live anywhere he wanted.

okay...first of all thier kids it sounds like they are way to young to be moving in with each other. second of all if your a parent you shouldn't be encouraging a minor to move away unless he is getting abused or something like that. And if thats the case call DCFS. and to answer your question yes he can get emancipated from his parents but he would have to go to court over that and its different in each state.

I believe he would have to have a change of custody of parents throught the court, though I'm not sure what the age of consent to leaving home is in that state.

unsure what the charge contract replaced into, yet you probably did comply with pay the month-to-month club once you had your sister sign the contract. You in truth offered a club for x volume of greenbacks a month. it rather is not proper what number situations you particularly went. You had "get admission to" to pass to that wellness club for the month. that's what you have been procuring, the "get admission to" to pass to the wellness club, no longer the form of days you particularly went. no remember if or no longer this subject will impact your sister credit is up for debate.

THIS IS REALLY MESSED-UP!
WHY DON'T YOU WANT HIM WITH HIS MOTHER?
