In rare cases it might happen if an obese person lost a lot of weight, the need for blood pressure meds would diminish. Not in all cases. There are some very thin people with hypertension.

i have known people who were taken off blood pressure meds..i believe they had to have a monitor and constantly monitor thruout the day in different situations..i believe the majority of the public stays on the meds but there are always exceptions

yes i know of people who have gone off their medications. for this to happen, they have to be very active in their own treatment - meaning they measure their blood pressure every morning when they wake up, they lose weight, they eat healthy and exercise. if you've had some sort of heart complication such as a heart attack or stroke you will be on the medications for life as they are more preventative for further heart problems.

Yes many people get off their meds especially if they lose weight or find a supplement that works well for them or even as they get older their BP might start stabalizing and they get off the meds.
