i lost weight eating 1x a day has anyone eles if so what did you eat

eating once a day will make you have more fat mass and less muscle mass becuase your body is frantically wanting to store fat away becuase it knows you dont eat alot.

the best way to loose weight is Exercise and eating small amounts frequently.

EAT BREAKFAST. that is very important for starting up your metabolism for the day.

You would do better splitting the calories among six smaller meals, so you don't get low blood sugar. If your blood sugar gets too low, you will be very cranky and unreasonable, and may faint. You won't be able to deal with stress, and no one will want to be around you. You could also endanger your heart and your health.

Instead, eat sensibly and drink plenty of water. Try www.weightwatchers.com for a reasonable plan. It's more important for you to be happy and healthy on your wedding day than some starving, raging maniac.

yes its called anorexia and once you start doing that when you do actually want to try to attempt to eat more than one meal you feel nasues after 2 bites. you may lose weight but there are better ways like cutting down on the snacks and exercising. trust me!

Don't lose weight this way!!

you'll suffer.

eat normal meals, but stuff that has less calories and fat.
&do more exercise, don't starve yourself.

Yes you will loose weight, but not healthy to do such. It will later haunt you.
