well my rottie mix got tangled up in a tv tray last night around 3am. not sure if you'd call that goofy or just dumb. by the way her name is rayne named after rain man. might explain it better. because the tv tray wasn't that unusual for her.

My Suki has to bite the wind in the car. She is a large lab and will throw a fit until we lower the window a bit and then she bites the wind. It makes her lips blow up like a balloon and gets us laughed at by passerbys.
My other Lab likes to go outside and roll around on her back while moaning and grunting.
And last but not least my late border collie used to hide from us at bathtime- in the bathtub. She would jump in and hunker down like we would not notice her.

I have a 2 year old Doxie names Zanzabar.
He does a LOT of goofy things.
We have to keep shelves and carpet really clean, or he licks them clean. gross, but funny.
He sits next to his bed in front of the heat register for a minute after it turns on so it warms up his bed before he lays on it.
He can hear a cheese package being opened from 50 yards!
He'll climb behind where you're sitting so he can wrap himself around the back of your neck and sleep there like he's a scarf.
My favorite though is...when he wants his belly rubbed, he will climb on to your lap and fall backwards into your arm so he's on his back and you can rub his belly. If you stop, he makes the funniest squeak noise.

I have a basenji. Everything she does is goofy.
When she wants in my room, she slides her paw under the door and scratches on my side.
She sleeps under the covers, and if I let the cold weather in when I get up, she nips at my butt.
When sleeping on the sofa, behind my Dad, she put all her feet on the back of the sofa and flipped him off the sofa and onto the floor. Because she was watching him, and wiggling her tail, waiting to play, he was laughing too hard to strangle her.
and so on and so on....

My dog barks at things in the house that are either new, out of place, or have been there for a while but he never noticed them before.

My Husky/Sheppard gets in the truck in the morning and refuses to get out so he usually gets brought to work with my Dad (he works outside) and then he will not get out of the truck for hours after they get home. It's crazy, he spends most of his life in the backseat of a pickup.

My pit/husky mix used to sit on my lap and watch TV... not all that bad, but she was 110 lbs of solid muscle. She would also lick my tears if I was crying... that's kinda weird.
