Well, from my experience you shouldn't take any drugs while working out. Some of the drugs will give you the results that you want, but they always have side effects. The great secret to loosing weight is burning more calories than you actually eat. It isn't that hard. If you don't want to actually put in the six months of hard work to change your body just save up for the lipo and skin removal.

I take xenadrine, 8 hour, 2 pills a day. It does help me with my workouts, however, you have to stop taking them so that you do not be immuned to them. While many say it is not safe or good to take supplements, it depends on you as a person. As long as you are healthy, it is not making your heart race, making your blood pressure rise, etc. As far as taking it "hardcore" like you said in your question, that could be potentially dangerous, I would pay attention to the doseage guidelines and follow them.

Yes you can take it. But xenandrine was one of the diet pills that have gotten in trouble for false claims. Some diet pills work for some and not for others. You can try it but again it may work for you or may not. Its hit or miss, I have a whole medicine cabinet with all kinds of diet pills. Too bad you are not here and I would let you sample what I have. It can get expensive because all those diet pills cost at least 20.00 or more. I do not mind the cost if they would work. Ask around like if you have any friends that use any kind of diet pill and maybe you could sample them. Good luck.

It's poison. Xenadrine is a death wish.
If you can't lose the weight because you haven't learned to eat right, don't try to hide it. That's false advertising. You are broadcasting to men that you know how to take care of yourself, even if you don't. Then after he marries you, you balloon out of control. Is that what you want?
