As a matter of fact, assuming you're talking about the '07 model, the Regular Cab and the Double Cab both do come in long bed and short bed versions. The largest body style, the Crewmax, does not.
The link below shows the specs for the '07 model, straight from the Toyota website.

yes the tundra does come in both ,in the regular cab only for 06 , the new redesigned truck is going to have more power and towing ability then any other truck out there. please do not buy a Chevy or ford , no resale value nor are they dependable in the long term ,please go to Toyota.com to see the new truck, and hold out for the new 5.7 v8 .it is what a real truck should be. the regular cab is more of a access cab ,well you will see.

Have you considered the CHevy Silverado or GMC Sierra? Both are better trucks, and have won NACTOY and Motor Trends truck of the year. http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2007701080317 Toyota does not know how to make trucks, and their reliability is falling as the demand rises. If you want more info email me.

Yes it does, but to my knowledge, ONLY in the single cab, NOT in the extended or double cab.
