Guys I need your advice please?

I sit behind this guy in class. Every time he passes hand-outs/paper to me, he always turns around and looks at me too. Does this mean anything or am I overanalyzing?

Over analyzing.
When I buy a newspaper, the newsagent puts the change in my hand instead of on the counter. Is she interested? I doubt it.
