First of all , I am not a lawyer. If there will be somebody to best advice you and help you about your problem ,it definitely will be a lawyer.
If you were married in the Philippines , there is no such thing as Divorce in the Philippines. However, there is annulment. It is not as easy as Divorce. It also gets more complicated if you were married in church. However, you have a strong cause to file for annulment so given you willingness to do it, you should be able to achieve it.
From the way it looks, your husband's nationality is Korean. If that is the case, you may have the option to file Divorce in Korea. I think that is the best you can do for now if you will be living in Korea. However , you will still be legally married when you get back to the Philippines.
Philandering ( or adultery ) is a strong cause to file for annulment or Divorce.
I don't know all details about your marriage in the Philippines so this is the best advise I can give you in general.

Being korean, i would be biased and say Korea. Korea is between the main stepped forward countries in Asia, and it’s a desirable united states. when I studied interior the Philippines, i like it too, because of the fact the individuals have been very intense high quality. i think of the two countries have their own reward, and it only relies upon on the way of existence you want. the two countries are great to stay in, yet I say Korea ^^
