Since you have the CD, that means you purchased the program, right? in which case, the serial number will be in the manual, on the box, or on the CD itself. Providing it's a genuine retail CD of the program, and not a pirated copy.
Considering your spelling and grammar, which shows you to be uneducated, I am thinking maybe you didn't really have the $650 to purchase a genuine copy of the program .... forgive me please if I am mistaken.

the serial number is located either inside the box, inside the jewel case, or documentation that came with your software.
