Matty,
Man, you're close to finding your way!! Keep questioning.
God does not care what you listen or what type. Being a Christian is not meant to restrict you, it is meant to set you free. Free... drink, listen to whatever you want.
It's not about doing something or for that matter doing anything.
It's all about faith. Believe in JC is all that is required.
You're not a hypocrite, nor do you need to pretend to be one. Be you and set yourself free.

Maybe the car thing has nothing to do with Jesus. I think you have a retarded car that just wants to start up when it wants to. I don't understand you say in the second sentence that you haven't been saved once, and then you say that Jesus saved you. Anyways, even if you don't like Christian music, you should always pray. Sometimes, it seems that God doesn't answer your prayer, but I'm sure there's a reason behind everything. It's a life story and it turn out into something you don't expect. Jesus is GREAT, He will forgive you as long as you are sorry for what you have done.

You do err not knowing the scriptures. Many people have a god made in their own image. My best suggestion to you would to be read the KJV bible. What your saying about salvation being on going is true. But your taking it out of context. Jesus says we shall be saved. Shall be saved means ongoing salvation from and deliverance from sin now, and from the 2nd death and hell at the end. He also said be ye perfect as your father in heaven is perfect. We will always have sin living in our flesh, but thru the power of the Holy Ghost we shall be given power to be the son's of God. Power to put to death the deeds of the flesh. What your talking about is called licentiousness. If you continue to sin willingly the bible says there is no more grace for your sin. You havn't read the Pauline epistiles. The bible says Jesus is coming to destroy those who defile the temple of the Lord and obey not the gospel. To be entertained by rock bands that are practicing witchcraft and have knowingly gained their wealth and fame from Satan is Satanic. And even though you have an incorrect perception of what Christianity is, you will in no wise be saved from hell if you dont repent, whether you want to be called Christian or not. These bands are followers of Aliester Crowley's satanic writings on how to do ritual magic for gain from satan, specifically music. The song remains the same, where Jimmy is using his bow, is a satanic witchcraft ritual. If you think you are going to get into heaven on your own terms, you dont fear the Lord. While its true the Lord may have answered you when you truly called on his name, it is possible if study the NT, to be a Christian and even receive the Holy Ghost, but miss the mark, and fall away. Complete and total repentance, forsaking of sin is the sign of a true Christian, being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, and forsaking this present world.

they are actually not Jews because of the fact Jew's don't have self assurance the messiah has come yet. they don't have self assurance Jesus so believing in Jesus and asserting your Jewish for sure contradicts one yet another.... that is unhappy that there are those Evangelist Christians that decision themselves "Jews". cease this custom now, your disgracing the two Judaism and Christianity.

Being saved just means that your allowed into heaven... it has nothing to do with becoming perfect in this life time... you can be saved and still sin... that's the whole point... Jesus is saving you from the PUNISHMENT of your sin (which is hell) not the sin itself... you will never be perfect until you get to heaven...

He came to save us FROM sin. We don't have to live in it once we know he died for us and rose again to give us victory over it.

I believe there are different paths that lead us to Jesus. As long as it gets us there, it is no ones business. Blessings be to you.
