Having seen some pretty nasty burns, flesh exposed to heat that is still attached to the body (i.e. not cut off and cooked in a frying pan but just burned by heat or chemicals) turns red, then white about the color of cooked chicken, then darkens to black as it burns...at least thats what happened to me...

not a very palatable luncheon discussion, at least not at my table.
I'll tell you a little story, to answer your question.
One night, there was this big party called a "Pit" party. There were lots of cool minors there, drinking huge amounts of booze, and a few irresponsible adults, doing lots more of the same thing.
One person, although not a minor- was sooooo drunk, that he fell into the giant pit, which burned at several thousand degrees, with flames soaring up as high as 6-8 feet. The fire had been burning for about 7-8 hours, so there was a NICE bed of coals, (about 21/2-3'deep) for cooking all the venison, bear meat, pork and other things that were planned for the annual event.
Unfortunately for the lad, no one noticed that he had fallen into the pit, for several minutes. He was screaming, because he was soooo drunk, that he couldn't stand himself up, and the music and noise was soooo loud that no one could hear him, until suddenly someone noticed.
To answer your question, his blackened toes, heels and arms, and a few otehr spots were burned down at least 1/2 an incnh to an inch, and it took many MONTHS for him to walk again, and to be able to put his feet into water, never mind into his shoes.
He was lucky he didn't lose any toes or fingers.
Your friends and you might be well served to consider the topics you find discu(STING)ssable

Depends on who is cooking it. If u want it medium rare, it will be brownish on the outside and reddish in the inside (like medium rare beef). If you like sashimi (raw fish), and eat the human sashimi flesh raw, it will be pinkish. If you want it totally cooked (well done), it will be brownish on the inside also.
If you forgot to switch off the fire and leave it to cook and get burnt and charred, it will be black in colour. :)

I think it would become like the skin of chicken when it's cooked. That's just what I would imagine it to be~

Pink, like pork. That's why humans have historically been called "long pig".
