You can always not eat it. I know it is hard, I have been overweight since I was your age, but I didn't do anything about it until I was in my senior year of high school. The good thing is that you are still young enough to make a life style change. Talk to your parents, and let them know that the choices they have for you to eat are not helping you. I know that my mom and I both ate the same thing when I asked her. Make sure you have healthy alternatives for snacks. Most imporatant is that you have to make a commitment. If you don't make a commitment then you will not succeed. So, think about what you want to do with your life and yourself and decide whether that snack is worth it.

ok sweetheart you want to come back to grips with some issues. a million) there's no healthful way of dropping weight without replacing what you devour and your life-style. 2) Why "seem" thinner once you would possibly want to be thinner? 3) basically because your individuals are very skinny does no longer advise that they are in good well being. they'd have too a lot visceral fat (fat in and around the organs). change the way you devour. food routine does no longer advise ravenous your self it would want to advise basically replacing your ingesting conduct. connect your community health center. Do more effective events on your community; cycling, swimming, strolling and etc.

A nutritionist once told me

- the reason why the body stores fats is because we do not eat at a fixed time. If you starve your body, it will store food as fats since it doesn't know when it would get food again.

- Try to eat at a fixed timing. If you are hungry, try to eat fruits and drink water. Eating snacks in between normal mealtime is okay but in small portions and healthy replacements.
