the best way is to speak with peoples. s more u'll speak u'll get used to it. but there are some other ways too. watch english movies and listen to english songs with lyrics. it'll help u to get along with accent and pleeease talk more in english at home, workplace or school. read english novels, newspapers and if possible record them into computer and listen them again. there's a book which is very good for learning American English accent. it's voice and diction, i used it as a text book at my college. but it's only a matter of time. so

Practice, practice, practice. Immerse yourself in English. English books, TV, radio, movies, conversations, listening to native speakers.

Practice it with the native English speakers ,read English books to build your vocabolary level,

to improve english.....

study everyday newspaper....(just note how they are using the words appropriately)
study grammar....
speak in English with others....
rectify the faults while u speaking....
listen English news and pro grammes in English

I would say.. go dating with native English speakers. You would get a free and interesting conversation, vocab, listening and others. Since it's interesting, it wouldn't be so hard.

don't listen to rap haha. well unless you want to learn a lot of vernacular english that wouldn't help you in a formal environment.

Read some children's books first, to understand some common and uncommon words, then go to longer and more defined books...I read Goosebumps when I little then I read full length novels.
