up to now there is no scientific data to substantiate that there is life after death.

We are all in the process of evolution, where the offspring is better and finer than the parent. Humans also have limited capacity for learning, after a certain age we fall into a one track mind and refuse to see any other point of view. In short we saturate. So instead of a life span covering thousand of years, nature has shortened our lives and all of us undergo rebirth whether we like it or not. We get a fresh start. We become children again and are willing and curious to see all points of view. In each life we accumulate spirituality (spirituality simply means being able to tolerate our neighbours, and every other human) and in a series of lives we accumulate sufficient spirituality (by suffering and effort) so that we can tolerate and love all humans, of whatever caste, creed, race, color, thought etc.. Only after we attain this level of spirituality are we allowed entrance to the kingdome of god, where there is only love and happiness. God does not want to pollute this place with hatred.

Only the resurrection is possible for rebirth--it is recreation by God for the purpose of teaching those who had no opportunity to learn or those who God has remembered because of their faithfullness. Anyone resurrected will be given a perfect body and mind and will be given a choice to serve God and live forever. The first resurrection has begun with those who will live in heaven and serve as kings and priests with Christ. The second resurrection will not begin until after Armegeddon.

Yes you can be reborn. If you follow your heart and tune yourself into the love of the universe you can be reborn everyday of your life. You can mend the fences you have broken with other people and you can start a new life. Everyday you are given an opportunity to be reborn.
Caution: Once you decide to be reborn you will become alive, at which point you cannot ever go back to your old self and be happy. Life will not always be easy as a new creature and the burden of choice will not be lifted, instead you will become responsible for your life and you will have to accept responsibility for these choices. Your perspective on the planet drastically changes and the lessons you learn may be very countercultural.

There are many problems with the salvation-by works doctrine of reincarnation. First, there are many practical problems. For example:
1. We must ask, why does one get punished for something he or she cannot remember having done in a previous life?
2. If the purpose of karma is to rid humanity of its selfish desires, then why hasn't there been a noticeable improvement in human nature after all the millennia of reincarnations?
3. If reincarnation and the law of karma are so beneficial on a practical level, then how do advocates of this doctrine explain the immense and ever-worsening social and economic problems - including widespread poverty, starvation, disease, and horrible suffering - in India, where reincarnation has been systematically taught through out its history?
There are also many biblical problems with believing in reincarnation. For example, in 2 Corinthians 5:8 the apostle Paul states, "We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord." At death, the, the Christian immediately goes into the presence of the Lord, not into another body. In keeping with this. Luke 16:19-31 tells us that unbelievers at death go to a place of suffering, not into another body.
Further, Hebrews 9:27 assures us that "man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment." Each human being LIVES ONCE as a mortal on earth, DIES ONCE, and then FACES JUDGMENT. He does not have a second chance by reincarnating into another body.

Why do you say 'any possibility'? Rebirth is a reality. But to understand that you will have to understand the concept of Atman and Parmatman as taught in Hinduism.

it is highly probable that rebirth after life is a fact because with the billions of people on earth at one time, who could possibly come up with more ideas on how to make a person? god needs to relax a little, which is why she makes us over and over again--just pour us into the mold and do it again.

As long as we have desires and Karma there is 100% possibility of a re-birth
Our unfulfilled desires and our karma of this birth are shaping our next re-birth.
This cycles of rebirths continues, till we merge our consciousness into the supreme consciousness (God).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
My other reply to re-birth question :
Reincarnation is a truth ... If one book does not mention it, Truth does not become false...
Reincarnation is perhaps a wrong word used...hindus and Buddhists use Re-Birth instead.
Our soul starts its journey in chemicals...and after each awakening find itself in plants, animals and finally human beings.
As humans we have to learn millions of lessons of pains and joys, richness and poverties, cruelty and kindness, killing and be killed, ...till we reach our next mind evolution i.e. Divinity.
One life is not sufficient for all these lessons. hence our soul, after death goes to another body to learn other sets of lessons
The paradoxes as to why some are born rich some poor, some without mind or without limbs...some from poverty going to utter richness...some spiritual from childhood... can not be explained without Reincarnation
Dont ask proof, because no one can give proof of God or heaven/hell...there are certain things which are beyond physical proofs
Many during the hypnotic state have remembered their last birth.
Why we dont remember past birth? Because Nature does not want us to get entangled to our last relations...so that we can freely learn new lessons...that z why She takes away the gross memory at death..and leads soul to new body with the resultant progress earned during last births

If there were a soul, yes it would be POSSIBLE. But there's no evidence that consciousness or any part of the human psyche survives outside of our neurological biology. So chances are extremely high that when we die, our lives end with the end of our brain functions.
This makes wasting time all the less fun, doesn't it?

It is definitely there. Our ATMA will leave the old body with our SANSKAR and will find suitable environmental mother for rebirth
