When I say Drinking and Spring Water, I mean both bottled........Tap is out of the question. Here in Southern California, you can't drink the tap water, it tastes nasty!!

It all depends on where you live and how they clean and filter the drinking water. You may notice a funny smell, or a chlorine taste at times when drinking tap water. Brita filters normally only filter out things that your water company should have already filtered out!

I can at my house. Our tap water doesn't taste very good.

I think it also has a lot to do with how cold the water is though. I keep bottled water in the fridge, so its colder than water from the tap, so I think that makes it taste better (but that part's just in my head.)

Yup, Spring water has this crisp natural taste to it which I love and drinking water...you can taste the cleaning agents in it...even when you've used a filter it just lacks that spring taste to it.

Depends.
If it's the slightly flavoured springwater then I can taste the difference. Otherwise I don't think they're a difference.
