One
Take some pre cut raw beef strips in the meat section.

take 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup jack daniels bbq sauce (or another kind you perfer), steak seasoning (your preference), lots of pepper (my preference) , and some salt. Mix all of these in a bowl.

Take the mixture and cover the beef strips thouroughly. Best to use your hands. I know it FEELS gross, but it will provide the best way to allow for full coverage.

Now in your grill, cook the strips. This will take a couple of loads so as to cook each strip througholy.
When you are on your last load, cook noodles (your preferance) until done. Place on on top of beef strips and you have a great meal.

Two
Pk of flour tortillas
2-3 cups of flour
about 3-4 Frozen Chicken breasts
2 cans of chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

just barely cover the top of the chicken with water and boil until done. I usually leave it for about 30 mins to boil so the water will absorb more flavor. remove the chicken from the water and let it cool a bit and add chicken broth then mix the flour with COLD water until its about a pancake batter consistancy. mix in the flour mixture, cut up flour tortillas and stir in. the broth should start to thicken and the flour tortillas soften after about 5 mins. cut up chicken and stir in. let sit about 5-10 mins. better even the next day reheating.

If you've ever eaten at the Old Spaghetti Factory chain and had their Mizithra Spaghetti (with browned butter) you'll know how good it is. I'm a gourmet cook and can make practically anything, but the dish that all my friends always request is this one. (and it's super cheap)

Spaghetti with Mizithra

1 lb Spaghetti ( I prefer Linguine)
1 c Butter or margarine
1/2 lb Kasseri cheese, grated
1/4 lb Romano cheese, grated
1/8 c Chopped parsley

Cook spaghetti until tender but firm to the bite. Drain. Melt butter in large skillet and cook just until it turns brown. Meanwhile, combine cheeses. Place spaghetti on warm platter, sprinkle with mixed cheeses, then drizzle with browned butter. Sprinkle with parsley.

I usually serve this with a marinara meat sauce with italian sausage (typical marinara with ground beef, italian spices, garlic, onions, link italian sausage). In a big dish I lay down the noodles. On one half I put the mizithra toppings, on the other half I put the marinara meat sauce. People can eat it seperately or mix it all together. However, people love this dish.

A good, cheap stir fry (costs about $7) one pork chop (bonless) cut into cubes one chicken breast (boneless, skinless) cut into cubes Brown these in a pan and remove In a pan, add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper (any color), one shredded carrot and two bags of bean sprouts. Cook until veggies soften, add half jar of Hoisin sauce (found in the asian isle of the store), add cooked meat. Cover, reduce heat, cook for about 10 min until the whole thing is reduced and veggies are soft. Serve over rice or just by itself.
