Try listening to some slow soothing music.
Also try Valerian root, you can get it at any health food store.

I find the most relaxing thing is watching a good movie IN bed...or reading puts me to sleep immediately. Also...a good hard day's work usually does the trick. LOL

This really works, you can either stretch your back with one of those medicine balls or stretch your arms with a 'power band for pilates", the stretching of the muscles will make you fell more relaxed and you will fall asleep. Tea is also good for relaxing.
