Are you pregnant now? If you are, you have a voice in 'whom you choose' to be the god-parent of your child...I would be concerned about the level of commitment here...your boyfriend is flirting with another woman...and now, you are aware of this...he minimizes this act referring to it as a 'playful joke'...I say...denial is not a river in Egypt...unfortunately, some people that 'flirt' outside their relationship are seeking attention of some sort...and that is a sign of insecurity...(needing an ego boost)...This happens to some men when their partner becomes pregnant...attention taken away from the man...now towards the mother and the unborn child...If you both are commited to one another...then, the flirting needs to stop! Let him know that this 'playful joke thing' is hurting you...causing a breakdown of trust...transferring attention from you to another...could be a 'yellow flag of caution' that he has done this before (hence the other woman mentioned) Think about what you want in a relationship...what is good for you? What will you allow...and what you won't...I have a quote that comes to mind..."What you tolerate is what you get"...plain and simple...I recently read a book called: Boundaries in Dating...great source of relational tips...biblically based text...with plenty of valuable information regarding relationships...Hope you can resolve this issue...one way or another...I think you deserve to be treated with tenderness and respect...Best of luck to you...ciao, CAKES

Heck yes, you have EVERY reason to be upset. What a jerk he is being to you. Sorry sweetie, but a complete stranger will not come up to you and say I've been dating the father of your child...that's just basically asking for a punch in the face. You man is lying to you completely. He is saying it's just a joke cause he knows/thinks you are going to believe him and drop it. I've had that happen to me too..a random girl showing up at my house saying this is where my boyfriend lives...once I confronted, he laughed saying she was just a friend, she's crazy. COMPLETE LIE.
First, smack the boy...then get a nice lawyer that is going to help make this man pay child support for your beautiful baby.
If you want some really nasty revenge...use his phone to text these two girls...have them show up at the house at the same time...invite them in and once your man shows up...confront him. Even he tries that lame excuse again, these women will beat him up for you for lying to you! HA HA, that works every time!
GOOD LUCK :o) and don't let a total stranger be the godmother of your baby!

I would be upset too! He should not be calling any female his one and only except you! Playing around or not! You should not let her be your childs godmother and if he puts up a fit tell him that you don't trust her and you would rather her not be in your family life or in the picture at all for that matter. In the meantime you might want to do some research, I don't want to burst your bubble or anything but it sounds like he's cheating sweetie, sorry...

Hell yes you should be upset. If you've been confronted by a random girl saying that they're in a relationship with your boyfriend and if the situation happens more than once then there's a big problem with that.

He's lying and you've been allowing him to do so. You are NOT overreacting at all! You need to let him know that you're not a fool and that the tm'g needs to stop, it's very disrespectful of him to treat you that way, especially with that other woman knowing about you and sending him stuff like that, especially with a child involved. I would ditch him. Once a cheater, always a cheater.

Yes you have reason to be upset and no she shouldnt be your child's god mother what so ever. He isnt playing with those girls he is playing with you and he feels he can continue too do it since it seems as though you are believing this lie. I think you also need to find a new man as well.. If you are pregnant that is just even more disrespect ..

YES u have every reason to be upset. confront the woman, most women will admit to being w/ ur man either out of pride or pity. do not let him have his most likely mistress be ur babys godmother!
u need to do some spying or snooping or dump him... do something!

you have every right to be upset i would tell your bf that you feel like he is disrespecting you by talking to her and you are not happy with her being your child's godmother. stand your ground girl if not he will run over you and think he can do anything .

alot of guys flit with other women but have no bad intentions behind it. However if this is bugging you then your need to address this to your signifigant other. tell him exacially how you feel. The best way to keep a healthy relationship is by having effective communication.
whatever you do, don't hold back your feelings until they bubble up inside and cuas a big disaster.

Oh hell yeah you have a reason to be so upset. If his with you then he shouldn't be having this playful relationships with this girls. Plus for one of them to confront you like that. Ask him how would he like it if he were in your shoes?
