im kind of dating this girl who i like i guess but i dont know why but when i hurt her i feel so much better. i feel like i have power. its fun when i make her cry and say mean things to her. when i look in her teary eyes i can see her heart breaking right there. i say things to her that i never thought id say to anyone ever, and i actually like her. like the other day i got home from work and i was tired well she was trying to cheer me up and she made me a dinner and stuff and i just pushed her away and told her to leave me alone. i dont know why she stays with me but im glad she does, i havent had this much fun since i was a teenager. well heres my question... y do i like it and y does she stay with me when i treat her like dirt ? does she love me ?

Wow dude, you are really harsh on this girl. The reason why you like it because you know you have the power. This girl must be really in love with you to be able to keep taking this crap and honestly if you keep it up, she will walk right out the door and you'll never see a beautiful caring person that she is to you anymore. For a girl to make you dinner and try to cheer you up after having a bad day is HARD TO FIND!
You need to take a dose of reality and realize you can't keep treating her like this. If you have one ounce of love for this girl, you will stop! Stop abusing the power you have over her. And if you don't want stop hurting this girl and save her emotion problems for the future, I really suggested and hope you let her go so she can find a real man that will treat her like the princess she is!
Basically QUIT BEING A JERK TO HER!

You need to have a very frank discussion with her. Start by showing her your question. Then, break up with her. You clearly do not love her. If you care for her at all, you will want her to be treated better than this. And you are not the guy to do it. Then, get professional help. It sounds cliche, but it is urgent. You must stop your behavior now before your need to hurt escalates.
You will never be in a happy, healthy relationship if you continue down this path. Contact a local counseling center. They will be able to direct you to the best facility -- perhaps even a facility that charges on a sliding scale according to income. This is the biggest favor you will ever do for yourself.

You need help. Get out of this girl's life. Stay away from her. And go find a good therapist, because you are seriously messed up. You have control issues, you are selfish, and you lack basic compassion for others. Did you mistreat animals as a child? Have abusive parents?
The main thing is to stay away from this woman. You are being abusive, and you need help.

She truly loves you because there is no other reason for it. I don't think you actually enjoy treating someone you like this way, but you do it out of your own insecurities. It gives you the control you need to protect your own feelings. Do you really need to test the depth and sincerity of her love for you in this manner? She has stuck it out with you for this long. Are you not willing to trust her yet? Think about! Don't continue hurting someone that obviously cares a lot about you and will be there for you regardless of how you treat her, (which is so wrong). If you lose her one day, you will have lost a lot!!! Hopefully, she will gain the courage to stand up for herself.

If this is the girl whose virginity you stole after lying to hr, than yes, she has a very strong attatchment to you and trusts you. She also is under the impression that you beat her because she has done something wrong. Another reason why she works so hard to please you. Take it from me: Women from abusive realtionships tend to have the "need" to please their significant other all the time...if we don't , we feel we have failed and some of us even feel like we deserve to be beaten and degraded in every way. Abuse affects the mental state long after it is over...perhaps you should consider what you are doing to this young lady...not just for now, but for what could be the rest of her life. Is that fair?

For some reason most women think if they stick around long enough, a guy will change for them. You like to emotionally abuse her because it makes you feel in control.
