Hi ashleema!!!

Sorry, but NO!!!
If I understood your question correctly.
You asked, if by exercising, and holding your stomach inwards your belly button will actually turn inwards as well???

No, if your belly button is outwards, it means that at birth, they either didn't cut the umbilical cord correctly or that is herniated,(air bubble).

This will NOT, correct it, as you might want it to look.
But if you loose belly fat, it will definitely show less.

If I were you, I would NOT worry, about it. Just take care and exercise a friendly attitude, and no one will notice your belly button.

Also look at it this way if that should be the case, in summer time and wearing a bikini or two piece, this actually could be a nice and friendly topic to make friends!!!!

GOD BLESS YOU, HAVE FUN, HAPPY LIFE
